Professional Home Inspections

We provide professional home inspections that are up to TREC standards. All home inspections include a full assessment of the home with a written report. 

We do a thorough inspection of the following components:

• Structural systems: Foundation, Grading and Drainage, Roof and Attic Space,  Interior and Exterior Walls, Doors, Windows, Stairways, Porches, and Decks

• Electrical Systems: Service Entry Point, Main and Sub Panels, Outlets, Switches, Smoke Alarms, GFCI and AFCI Protection

• HVAC Systems: Heating and Cooling Systems, Ducts, and Vents

• Plumbing Systems: Fixtures, Plumbing supply system, Drainage System, Plumbing Vents, and Water Heater

• Appliances: Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Range Exhaust System, Range, Cooktops, Ovens, Microwave, and Garage Door Opener

Optional inspection components include:

• Detached Buildings/Structures

• Septic Systems

• Well Water Systems

• Sprinkler/Irrigation Systems

Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspections

We may also provide Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Reports.  A WDI report can be generated during the home inspection for an additional fee, in order to identify evidence of wood destroying insects such as termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles. A WDI Report is required for some loan types when buying a new home.
